- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We moved to Heber City over a year ago and have never experienced this bad of service. We have had a lot of our mail lost and or devilered else where, we have also received other people's mail and had to deliver myself to the correct apartment. It's by far the worse experience all around, I just called to ask to make sure we get our mail to the correct unit after my drivers license was lost and my sons ID and the lady who answered today was no help at all. All I got was that they deliver the mail to the correct address after I explain that they didn't the first time and to please make sure they do, she didn't take my number and simply said ok. No reassurance that she would talk to someone about this but simply wanted to hang up. They are by far the worse and I can't figure out why the service is so terrible?!By Laura Hernandez, October 08, 2016
