- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Every time I've gotten pulled over by a Utah Highway Patrolman, they've been rude and unprofessional. However, in contrast, the few times I've been pulled over by city cops, they've been very nice and considerate. I'm not talking about getting out of a ticket.
